weigh in

So, I've changed my weight loss ticker.  I've chosen Monday as my 'weigh-in' day because we arrived home on a monday night.

My weight this past Monday, May 23 was 235.2.....down 5.2 pounds from before we went to Zambia.

This past week and a half has been focused on trying to get my body clock back to Alberta time and also on catching up on a few things at home. 

Excuses, excuses.

Actually, my eating hasn't been bad - just not deliberate.   I focus on planning and making healthy meals - lower in fat, sodium, and carbs.  

Speaking of which, Jim is waiting for me to have breakfast together.  Don't know what I'll have, but he probably wants hash browns, eggs, and turkey bacon.

That's a good loss!
I'm still doing low carb here...and having great results. (I hope you look at the program. I am convinced the counting calories and fat grams will not have good results. I have a good blogroll I follow of great low carb Dr's and "loosers" if you want to look at it).
I weighed in at 186 today! I do not remember when I weighed 186. It's likely been (almost) decades. Daniel took me clothes shopping today and I had FUN!
Come on in, the water's fine! LOL

Hi, thnaks for sharing. I am now able to drive myself on a healthy diet. I am using Roca Labs. I'd read somewhere, "A low fat diet is bad for your health and a low glycemic diet is the best diet for weight loss."

A loss is a lost. But are you no longer updating this site I have been away 1 from blogging so let me know if you don't have plans to post.

All diets can be hard to stick to. All you have to do is eat less and exercise more - you can eat 'naughty' foods in moderation.

never heard a low glycemic diet can be good for you. I will have to look around for more information regarding this.
